Getting in the WORD. CREATIVELY

CREATIVELY, I have always wavered in my routine/time I spend in the Word of God. Though I try to open the Word daily I struggle not only to do that but to get the most out of it when I actually do. Over the past few weeks I have started a brand new process for me and that is writing the WORD of God or I should say copying the Word of God. This has been TREMENDOUSLY helpful in not only getting into the Word of God but getting the most out of it when I am in it. Over a period of time of doing this I will have Copied/hand written the entire word of God and how awesome will it be one day when I am able to hand my son a bible that I have hand written. This has helped me in an awesome way, what are some things you are doing to get into the word of God.

Late night last night working with the youth and then a early morning today eating breakfast with several pastors in the Ada area. Last night we started our new series with the youth "Baggage", over the next 4 weeks we will be learning how to dump the crap that life piles on and this morning I discussed with local pastors about a Corporate Worship Experience in Ada Oklahoma. Please be praying that God will be in this not only in the evening but the planning and the details. Thanks for all you do.
